This park is very nice. Away from the craziness of Baytown but close enough to work in the plants.. The pier is very nice and lighted. So coming home from work I can fish all I want without leaving home. Most of the lots have shade trees which is a plus since the summer days can get over 100 degrees.

If I could rate this as zero stars I would. The managers are rude and disrespectful. Also, they are very inconsistent when it comes to enforcing the rules..they pick and choose who they make follow the rules. We were over charged multiple times for the power to the point where some guests were reading their own power meters. The younger lady working the office is very nice but the other managers who live on site need to be replaced and I guarantee the park would be much better.

Great staff , quite country setting, with good neighbors, and great fishing when you get off work and need to wind down ! Location is key , just a few miles to anything you need ! Entend to come back and stay next job I get within 30 miles of this park !

Stayed at this RV park for 7 months. The grounds were kept nice, no loud music or unsavory people. Waterfront park, very nice to watch the sunset and relax. Only reason I left was found a larger lot to permanently park my 5th wheel. If you're a long stay cuatomer, this is a nice place with friendly folks!
