Have worked hand in hand with the owner to make sure every family I move here has an place they're proud to call home.  
These guys bend over backwards to make this a smooth process for every family!  Great place to live just minutes from Houston.

I have enjoyed my time here. It is a quiet park with nice neighbors. I feel safe because the manager does background checks on all potential residents. The park is clean and the lots and homes are kept neat and in good repair. I would recommend this park to anyone looking for a nice and friendly community to live.

It's a decent place to live right next to the elementary if you have little children it's okay for us

I moved here 3 months before hurricane ike in '08 and have enjoyed a quiet and easygoing retirement 5 blocks from galveston bay. The park mgmt has always been attentive to my concerns and able to deal with any problems 
In a timely manner.
