A group of high school kids who were bringing donations to the homeless parked in a vacant lot in downtown Houston on a Saturday. This company booted all of the students cars and made them pay $125 to free their cars. Shame on them not understanding that this was flat out wrong.

if you park your car here and pay $25 for a parking spot they will boot your car and charge you $135 to remove the boot. They do this to moms who are trying to get their two young crying babies home. They are thieves who want nothing more than your money, they are ghetto, rude people who work here! When you are forced to pay $135 to get your car out of the boot they try to start a fight with you and they start all kinds of drama and mess!

Complete scam artists. The parking downtown is confusing if you aren't used to it. There is no one available to ask questions to, and if you make a mistake Premier Parking Enforcement is completely unwilling to work with you. $120 for an hour - they're making a killing off of hard working, innocent people!!

We thought that we'd paid for our parking, because the lot said that it was public, so we used a machine on the street to pay for the time and placed the ticket on the dashboard. We were shocked to come back to find our vehicle booted and a ransom of $122.25 to unboot the car. It was obvious to anyone who bothered to look at our dashboard that we had made an honest mistake, and were perfectly willing to pay for whatever parking time that we incurred, but this company is apparently not under any city, county or state jurisdiction so they have no-one to answer to and don;t have to reverse even unfair penalties.

This company completely refused to work with me. I have parked in the same lot before and I've always paid. This time I forgot to pay before running to grab some coffee. I come back outside to find that they booted my car within minutes of me walking away! We're talking less than 5 minutes. As a college student, I don't have the money for these kinds of expenses. I tried to contact them and see if I could pay them later, as the banks were already closed and my family lives 2 hours away. They refused to give me any leeway and just kept repeating that they would only remove if the money had been paid. I could understand if I was a repeat offender, but I rarely park in that lot since I can't always afford to go out for coffee. It's terrible that these people don't feel any remorse for cleaning out my bank account right after my birthday and the day before I go home for Thanksgiving.
