I've had great experiences every time I dealt with these guys.  Communication is prompt and personal and service is quick.  I don't know what all the crying is about in other reviews,  but people need to relax a bit and realize this is a busy company.  They're out there supporting the race community as well as the street crowd so their time gets spread really thin.  Just know you're getting a great product and top rate service...... just give it a minute.

No wonder they have one star. Dylon is the worst customer service agent in the world. They send me a cpu that on the box says it'll work for my bike. Go to install it and it doesn't fit. Dylon promises to make it right. Don't hear from him for 2 days when he says he will get right back to me. Gets back to me and offers to walk me through how to fix it or I can send it in to them. Doesn't even try to go above and beyond and offer anything as compensation. Dyno jet all the way. This company is going to collapse All because of Dylons crap customer service. Coming from someone who's been in hospitality for 10 years. ADVICE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY!

Good products, high quality, BUT no customer service. Emailed several times about trying to buy their products and they don't even care, no response.
