I wish I could give this branch 0 stars I went to open a business account and she lets me hear her 30 minute talk about why bb&t would be good for me this is not my first business account but then she says I need a lot more information or paperwork then I. Have mind u that everything is on sunbiz that she needs I'm not some dumb idiot iv done this a few times I will never go back to this branch again

Called at 4:45 and the phone lines were taken down, stating they close at 5. It was not yet 5. Couldn't get my business done that day because they wanted to stop taking calls early. Banks close early enough......

The tellers at Orange City are always welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. Given the high volume of duties at times, they do their best to meet individual customer requests in a timely and professional manner. This is much appreciated in these times of increasing automation!

While dumping paper at a recycling plant, my son and I observed a worker from Iron Mountain sweeping BB&T Miami-Dade Branch batch Deposits out the door of his shredding truck. The paper was intact and undestroyed. We also observed large quantities of shredded paper, checks, bank records, etc. that was shredded, but still very large and very easily read. You could see the entire signature block, routing number, and account number. I collected as much of this material and brought it to Diego at the Orange City Branch. Shortly after meeting with him, I received calls from three people that claimed to be executives at BB&T dealing with bank security. Their main concern was that I would not misuse any of the items I found. BB&T is still being serviced by Iron Mountain. Bank there at your own risk.

I show up at 4:30 and the place is closed even though there hours state closing time as 5
