Was in bank ..and a GREAT lady Jessica was nice enough to help me with fast question. 
When done with helping me....a lady came over and told her not to do it...i understand 
Policy...but you banks have forgotten we are people and you are holding our money and money is personal ...something Jessica understands !! If not for her I would have removed all funds and bank someplace else
The manager should realize this..your bad ratings are what your customers see in your
Operation. ..without your customers and Great

Never had an issue.  Everyone is very friendly and courteous.  Sometimes the lines are long but that’s because that’s the only Chase branch around.  It is understandable.  

Keep up the good work staff.  Thanks for all you do.

I waited for ever until I got tired, and decided to leave hoping next time I come some banker would attend me. The ladies working just sat and chat as we're waiting patiently for them to attend us.

My experience was very shocking that a branch manager, Venita Phifer was so curt and in front of her staff.  Just amazed that the team leader who should be setting an example for her team members.   Will never step foot in OC Chase again because of her
