They will not take cash deposits anymore without id. They want to know everything about you. There are many great banks out there that will accept cash without ID. PNC is one. There is NO reason to get someones ID.

Rudest teller I have ever come across. Go to a credit union, they are much better with their customer relationships.

Outstanding personalized service. Greeted at the door, plenty of Tellers, accommodating business hours, and knowledgeable bankers.

I was 1st in line at the counter with 7people behind me. There were 6 tellers behind the counter of which I saw 3 working. I stood there for 11 minutes before I was called up. Then it took 8 minutes to cash my check. All because they decided to do something else with the money at 10am in the morning.
