I always deposit my check at bbva @ 8430 blanding on Friday's, my funds are always available Saturday morning. Well on Saturday March 25th I was made aware that they don't always do the deposit box check on Saturday mornings. So if you have things to take care of make sure not to put it into their deposit box due to lazy employee's not wanting to take carbide their job at hand. Now I'm stuck up here waiting on my money when I have people to run to work and other important things to take care of. Luckily I made it up here before they closed or my account would have bounced......

Seriously? 7 dollar check cashing fee from an account with this stupid ass bank? No wonder I left compass years ago and won a law suit for settlement against this joke of a bank.

Everytime I go in to this location Destiny always has my acct pulled up for my transaction. Very professional. Well worth the swap from Vystar to Compass

Compass is a great bank and we have been loyal customers for more than 10 years. The only issue is sometimes the ATMs are not working and it would be nice if they could put up a sign over the ATM or on the drive-thru window to let us know that the ATM is out of service. This happened to me yesterday at the one near Town Center, the HQ office for #Jacksonville. No issues at this location though, easy in and out!

Was profiled AGAINST TWICE AND ACCUSED OF FRAUD TWICE !!!!!! CORPORATE WILL KNOW THEY ARE RACIST AND PROFILE PEOPLE BASED ON LOOKS !
