Have yet to have a bad experience. The issue with holding checks for 3 days is a bit ridiculous but service has been on point other than experience in Oakleaf where it was a big deal that I asked why they were putting a hold on yet another check of mine but that was simply a human issue, one in particular.

I had a great experience today at VyStar. I went in to open a checking and savings account and ended coming out with a great savings. The person that set up my checking and savings account also offered to help me refinance my car loan with a way better percentage rate. I was so please with her and the way she took such good care of my needs. Love this place. Very professional for sure.

I had to file a fraud report because they sent my card yo the wrong address after we confirmed the new addresse. Someone got a hold to my card and deposited a bad check into my acct do I filed a complaint. While filing the claim they told me if I knew who used my card they couldn't refund my money even though I just came in to file a fraud report. It took me to try to call corporate on her for her to get on the phone and refund me my money. This branch lies and they are very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with fraud claims. I still haven't received a call yet to verify the photos at the ATM. I am definitely closing my vystar acct and I will be transferring to something better.
