Working with William Twum was absolutely unpleasant. His customer service dropped way below company expectations, and I have high standards for Chase. I really like this bank, but I felt interrogated and criticized by him for attempting to open an account. I will not be coming back to his bank as his professionalism and personalism were unreflective of how Chase usually handles clients.

Do not deal with William Twum. I do not like his way of handling business, because he does not understand Government IDs. He kept insisting that I did not remember what ID I used to open my account. Trying to make me think that I was stupid. He was very disrespectful. I have the same VA ID Card I have had for about 15 years now. All I wanted was a new debit card issued as the one I have is damaged. He could not do it without my original ID, which I had with me, & he would not accept. I walked out very disappointed. This is the first time I ever had less than awesome customer service with Chase.

Manager their needs to be fired. Was gonna deposit 10k from my money market account in the bank when I found out just to get new accts when they first opened they totally lied to me. She tried to cover it up and was very rude. If your listening chase remove the female manager their and we will move all business accounts back. And even move credit card processing back. Demote or fire her. Immediately fire her!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with Lyndsey Davis. She was very helpful and very pleasant. 5 stars aren't enough to give her the deserved kudos! Very clean and professional facility as well.
