I'm giving this place two stars because I'm being kind about the two tellers that are actually polite and helpful. I want to give a shout out to Jeanette for being the most rude and the least helpful. If you want your needs deliberately ignored and your money taken from you, bank here.

Awesome credit union to check out. I have only been here twice and each time I left knowing more and the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Both visits I was helped by Jeanette Ouk and she has been very thorough in explaining all the financial options that were available to me and another family member as well.

Words cannot explain the warm an inviting reception  received during my past only two visits to BCS Community Credit Union.  BCSCCU is a hidden neighbor gem comprised of great staff from Branch Manager, Teller to awesome Loan Officer-Jeanette Ouk.  Jeanette demonstrated great people and customer service skills. She is smart, savvy, efficient, knowledgeable business women who is truly an asset to this establishment.  She was able to assess my needs and make a great determination of a financial plan suited for me; she was on point. BCS is strategically located in the WheatRidge neighborhood/community... with not only a smart location but beautiful cleverly designed premises inside and out.
