Please don't get me wrong I really do enjoy the customer service at my branch! However, upon moving back to Colorado I tried to take advantage of your incentive program by opening an account with your bank with a coupon to receive $250 once direct deposit was established. This was great for us, seeing as my two boys and I just moved and recently went through a divorce, so this was helpful in is starting over. It never came through though. I talked to them twice (and the false remembers me) but because the paperwork was done inaccurately we are out of luck. I like banking with Chase, but this isn't the only bank that offers these incentives, so it really makes me want to switch to someone else who can maybe follow through. I know it is free money, but it was encouraging for us, given our situation.

Ok service. Depending on the time of day. Have an issue with Kim who helped setup my checking account. Promised me a $300 signup bonus, which after multiple attempts, has never shown up in my account. Now, of course, it's been too long and they don't want to deal with me, so just keep passing me off to different people who don't help either.
