I understand it's fried chicken, but the chicken in our 12-piece box was exceptionally oily. The biscuits we received with the 12-piece box were terrible. Usually, Bojangle's biscuits are light, fluffy, pull 'em apart tasty. Ours tasted okay, but they were not light or fluffy. They were so thin, you couldn't pull them in half. At the tallest point of all the biscuits, not one was at least an inch high. Fries were good. Staff was friendly. Chicken and biscuits were not "Famous."

Horrible service we waited like 25 mins on 4 biscuits and fries when there was like 40 of em sitting behind the lady. Everyone at the register seemed confused and lost. Good was amazing when finally given though

Unbelievably poor service. 13 minutes in line..1st window closed,so 2nd window person does it all ! It’s been this way the last 4-5 visits She said they didn’t have enough personnel to man the first window(and haven’t for several weeks). She said I was the 3rd person today that had complained.Bad spiral going on here..sales down ,cut personnel,=poor service= sales further down. I asked for the manager who came with quite an attitude. I wish the franchise owner would come get in the line to order a biscuit..he would be shocked ! Go to Chick fil a. They have service people outside,running up and down the line of cars,taking orders,payments and you’re out of there in no time !There were 11 cars behind me when I left..they’ll be ordering lunch instead of breakfast by the time they get their food. I can drive miles away to get my “fast food” and keep my attitude in check..great biscuits and conveniently located for me,but certainly not worth my time or piece of mind. My review is very similar to others here..just wondering if anybody reads them or more importantly if anybody cares..I guess not. It’s not going to be Bo Time for me until this poor service and attitude changes..store#000763.

It will be completely empty, and you will still have to wait in the drive thru for like 3 mins for someone to take your order.
