HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We did the “self-serve” service. The only good thing about this place was the K9-Spa Tubs. The quality of the customer service was absolutely poor. They said an initial price that was based on the weight, when they asked me the weight they wrote down a higher weight and overcharged. Groomers were nice, but the receptionist was not. The vibe was uncomfortable, it was quiet, and the receptionist was rude to the employees (groomers).

They always do a great job with my pup. They groom him exactly the way I ask and he is very comfortable with them. I would highly recommend them and would not take my dog anywhere else

I could have written Kyrie's post (3 down) prior to mine within a week or two of my experience, as I too was calling to get pricing and make a first appointment for our dog to be groomed. The lady who answered was extremely rude on the phone when explaining that she would NOT schedule an appointment unless I knew for certain that our dog was up to date with the 3 shots required policy that I would need proof of and she ended the call. I understand the policy and have no issue with it. I then contacted our vet we met with in Dec. 2017 and learned our dog was in need of a Bordetella shot. The vet tech was very nice and said I did not need an appointment and could just call ahead and they would administer it for $19.00. I called Beau's Bath House back and spoke with the same woman and suggested that had she just politely informed me of the policy, and scheduled a grooming appointment, I would have been happy to comply with the policy and taken our dog to the vet again. I worked for Southwest Airlines in the past and would have been written up, had I ever spoken to a customer the way she did. I requested to speak with the manager but learned she is out for a week. If this is how I am treated, a potential first time customer, I would never allow them near my dog. I looked forward to doing business here since they have won the Best of Denton several years in a row and am saddened. Management: you are losing business due to an unprofessional employee answering your phones. Twice in a week on this thread; imagine those customers who are not informing you. Please do something!

Was calling to get pricing and the lady who answered was very rude on the phone about pricing and didn’t follow up with the questions she was just rude and very snippy. I recommend not going to this groomers if this is how they treat people and their business.
