i booked a grooming appointment online one week in advance. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that the groomer left a message on my phone four days earlier about being unable to keep the appointment and needing to reschedule. Things happen. I get that. However, there were no messages on my phone. The inconvenience was frustrating enough, but the manager's less than helpful response was even more so. My future pet needs will now be provided by a business that values their customers.

There are a few employees who do a really great job at making guests feel welcomed. The grooming department isn’t up to par and is very unwelcoming. I showed up to have my dogs nails cut and even though two girls were standing doing nothing. I was told under petsmart policy that groomers aren’t allowed to take walk ins for nail trimming.... I walked over to banfield (who always does a good job) and they cut my dogs nails in the back while the grooming turned me away even though two employees weren’t tasked with anything at the time. Here’s a thought. Hire someone that actually knows how to be hospitable.
