I've been going to this Petco now for nearly 5 years ever since I started a saltwater tank. Britney is apparently the manager that just got moved back to the store. I'm going to inform you that Brittany has no clue about customer service on any level. I was buying some fresh water to top off my saltwater tank and I was $0.15 cents short on the bill and having left my debit card at home I had change that nearly reached the total amount. While Brittany said she could not let me owe the store $0.15 cents she'd  rather pour the water out in front of me and waste it in the sink. I'm warning you how Britney is. She truly needs to learn the principles of customer service and making the customers happy to keep them coming back. She obviously needs training in this department and she has no place to be a manager at such a nice store that has lots of customers.  Obviously Britney's not in this to make friends with customers yet She's in it just about the morality of money which is going to cause the store to lose many customers!  I hope she gets replaced very soon. She is showin her true colors and  soon everyone will know about her unprofessional management qualities.

I don’t know the name of the blonde guy w tattoos and long hair in aquatics, but he cost your store quite a bit of money.  I have 2-125 gallon reef aquariums and for any fellow enthusiasts they know it’s big bucks.  The selection of fish and coral is hit and miss, but you can’t beat the prices.  I’ve shopped here for years.  Most all the employees are awesome and so helpful.  I went in not that long ago, it was time to re-stock after a huge loss I had in my tank. It was maybe 45 minutes after they open since I knew it was gonna take a while, so I start asking questions to double check and just for general information on what they had.  Every time he acted like I was bothering him that he was busy, even huffed while rolling his eyes at me.  At that point I decided to walk away.  I get everyone has a bad day, but it’s your decision how you treat people.  I had $1,200 play money for my tank and I wound up just ordering direct from a reef supply company.  Thankfully I’m a little older and wiser and chose to walk away.  But wow.  Never in my life will this store get a dime of mine.  I go out of my way now for dog and reptile supplies too but at least there, I get treated with common courtesy and I don’t have to feel awkward asking employees to do their job.

I purchased a guinea pig here for my daughter. I thought there might be something wrong with it. About a month after purchasing, it was so fat it wouldn't even walk around. Turns out it was pregnant! Now I have 3 baby guinea pigs and no idea what to do with them. She was in a cage all by herself when I purchased her, but apparently this store doesn't take the necessary precautions against something like this. Seriously? You guys can't separate your male and female guinea pigs? Child support paperwork is in the mail.

Brought my dog into the groomers, he’s so clean I can’t help but want to give him lots pets!! Very happy customer.
