Today my family had breakfast here and the service was bad. We were not made comfortable enough to seat down to eat. Once we were served it felt as if we were made to rush and leave. We felt unwelcomed. One of the employees came to our table with a chair and stood on it to turn on the ceiling fan above us on. He did not turn on any other ceiling fan anywhere else in the restaurant at any of tables but our table . Also the waiter give me my bill before I could really finish my meal. She did not ask if we needed anything else Other waiters asked us how was the service will moving fast past us. We didn't have a chance to express how we felt or how we were treated. We as a family felt that turning on a fan while we were trying to eat our meal was rude. We also I'd not have a choice whether we wanted a booth or table or even if we needed a high chair for our 👪 We will not patronize this Bob Evans again

We visit this location 1-2 times a week together and I order carry out more often than that. This particular time my mother and I ate here we didn’t get to eat. We sat after getting our water for 20 minutes at 8pm with the waitress walking by 10 times and never took our order. We left our water and menus sitting. Talked to Rob when we called and explained what happened. He apologized and said to come in the following week and get a free meal. So it is now a week later, we return. This time in the middle of dinner thinking it would be a better experience. Once again seated and this time no one came to our table. There were two managers on the floor and the same server from last time working our section. We sat 10-15 minutes without a drink order or greeting. I once again called back and talked with Rob and explained the situation. He offered yet another free meal and I said, ok but if I could ever get even get greeted. I said thanks but no thanks. There is a brand new Denny’s on the opposite side of Howe Ave that my mother and I ended up at both times now. We will sacrifice some of the menu items in order to get timely and friendly service.
