Waited 35 minutes just to sit down. Host and wait staff were friendly, but my main complaint is the food. I ordered my sirloin medium well done, and it was served with a lot of pink. It was not hot either, just warm. I only ate half and then my fiancee offered to share his meatballs, which were good. The collard greens I ordered on the side were terrible, way too many flavors that did not work together. For the price and the wait, it was not worth it.

I have eaten here many times since they opened. The food is always good and the price is not bad. I must say that sometimes I am not happy with the service. I recalled ordering something (can't remember the name of the dishes) but I was given a similar dish but not the one I ordered. It was brought to our table by someone else from the kitchen (not the server) I tried to explain that it was not the correct dish and he argued with me. Finally my server returned and she confirmed it was not the correct dish. Not a good experience. I also had to send salmon back one time for being too under cooked. This was confirmed by a manager. So 3 stars

I don't know about the other reviews of this restaurant, but my family's waiter - named Lamar - was one of THE BEST waiters we have ever had! He was quick, but not rushed; he had an encouraging voice, combined with excellent use of language; he served our food around 8 minutes after we ordered it, and frequently asked us if there was anything we needed, or wanted improved. I am very impressed with his work! He definitely cares about his job and the people he serves! I DEFINITELY recommend this place - the food is moderately priced, but you would have to be willing to take the tiny risk of getting a mediocre waiter/waitress.

The service was very very slow. I asked if the sauce on the pork chop was spicy hot and was told no. I ordered it and it was very spicy. They made me one without the spice but I was so tired I had to get it to go. Side note the one without the sauce did not taste good.

Four Adults, one child - sat at a very inconvenient table with a breeze (wonderful mid winter in OH)... People - not overtly pleasant - but nothing too bad - three stars on their own. Food - OMG - did you hijack a salt truck plowing snow. Could you possibly put more salt into stuff... Even family members who salt the heck out of everything said the majority of the stuff was too salty... Your faithful chicken strips were even breaded with something different - welcome to Sodium heaven (or hell)... Will not be back. OH and for the record - you need to check the iceberg wedge before you serve it - as I will be cutting into it and putting that 'thing' plate Side down won't make a difference...
