I have gotten a lot of mri's and this place is one of the best. They gave me headphones to listen to music. Kinda hard to hear it of course, but it made the time go by faster. They used Pandora. Only thing was the lady told my father who drove me to wait in the back waiting room so he could watch TV. But he told me right before I was done the lady told him to go back up front because a woman needed to come back. Well it's a unisex changing area with a private changing room. My dad had my clothes so he said no he's not gonna leave my stuff. Just kinda odd. I mean my dad is an old man, what the heck did she think he was gonna do. Kinda sexist I felt. But other than this one lady not knowing what she wanted him to do, the place is great. It's like a freaking spa!

Beaumont charged my health insurance BlueCrossBlueShield $3,000 for a MRI. That is simply ridiculous! I was shocked when I viewed the images: poor, low resolution, in black and white, no 3D. Compared to the 3D scan of the Atos Blue light Scanner from my work, these images appear to be taken from an ancient camera. As mentioned in another review, the equipment is in a trailer: unacceptable. However they charged the copay right away, without proper receipt. My flex account institute already asked for additional documentation.

It was clean and the people were friendly. The MRI unit is tiny and extremely loud. It's in a trailer so the typical MRI noise times 10. Make sure you ask for earplugs, along with the headphones they give you. And if you're even remotely claustrophobic, go to another place.

Good kind staff, nice facility. Informative and has a workout room membership.
