The Management of this establishment is completely “Goat Roped!” Once a member for four years when they first opened up, then they let the original manager go… and the place went straight to hell, and NEVER recovered!!!

I was originally a member at Lifetime Fitness but it was too expensive...and then they had a Bacterial Meningitis scare so I switched to Sola.  I love it!  I've been a member at a lot of different gyms and Sola is probably my favorite.  It is very clean and not busy.  Even during the most busy part of the day you can always find the machine you want.  Some of the amenities they have include a lap pool, hot tub, 1/12 track, free fitness classes, private locker rooms with saunas, and more!  I was told the average age of patrons at Sola is 54 because there are a lot of people who use the facilities during rehabilitation.  It's also very close to home.  Definitely recommend!

We joined Sola so we can do our resistance work out in the warm Therapeutic Pool - much more economical than actual therapy, of course... Sometimes they run out of towels or soap.  I'm sure that will improve with time.
