I WOULD NEVER REFER TO RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!!  DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS OF SERVICES OF ANY KIND FROM BINSON ON ROCHESTER RD IN TROY, MICHIGAN!!!

I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LEVEL OF SERVICES THIS REPRESENTATIVE I SPOKE WITH AT BINSON FOR A REPLACEMENT OF MY NEBULIZER MACHINE TODAY!  

SHE DIDN'T LISTEN CLEARLY TO MY CERTAIN NEEDS OF SERVICES NOR CONTACT THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO ASSURE ME IF AN REPLACEMENT IS POSSIBLE... THE LEVEL OF HER CUSTOMER SERVICE & PHONE SKILLS IS HIGHLY DEPLOYABLE IN EVERY WAY!!!   

NO STARS SHOULD BE HONORED IN THIS REVIEW!!!  ONE STAR FOR AT LEAST ANSWERING THE PHONE OTHER THAN THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE FOR BUSINESS!!!

I have never received such poor customer service in my whole life. This place is by far the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with. My son was in pain from a broken femur and I was on the phone for four days trying to get the bed. Each agent gave me a different story. When I spoke to someone else at the company they apologized for the person giving me the wrong information. They took 2 and a half days to submit it to my insurance company but they never informed me of that. I finally had to pay for the bed out of pocket because of their sheer ignorance. I would never recommend this company to anyone, nor will I ever do business with them again. When you hav a family member that is ill you need sympathetic people helping you not someone that just gives you lip service and doesn't give you the right information.
