Staff at hospital were very polite and helpful. Took less then 20 minutes to get checked in and in a room . Nurses and Dr. we’re very polite and helpful. I was there for 4 hrs. , waiting on results from test. They were all busy but always seem to come check on me . 
I would recommend this hospital. I would like Thank everyone that helped me .

My son was treated here back in Oct of 2017... today I just received a call from collections saying I had a bill from beauregard ER. I NEVER GOT A BILL, as well the ER visit should have been fully covered by our insurance anyways. I call my insurance company and sure enough they NEVER GOT a bill from them. Now not only do I have to fight these people to actually do their dang job and submit my bill to insurance but now I have to file to have this taken off my credit. I wouldn't give this any stars if there was an option. I'm PO that I have to even deal with this.

This place is terrible my wife went in and had to wait 4 hours to talk to a doctor and her name was dr. Mitchell. don't ever even think about going to this place. she was complaining of side pain and the doctor was literally so stupid that she said she was having chest pain. After going into the X-ray and the X-ray tech saying that she was here for a chest x-ray she knew that this Doctor Mitchell was so stupid that she was about to walk out, but she was in so much pain she waited because she was worried something was wrong. the doctor didn't even come back in to tell her what was wrong. she sent the nurse in with shots and had to tell her that she was getting discharged and couldn't even tell her the diagnosis. I would give this -10 Stars if I were able to. Drive to Lake Charles to get away from this dump

Slow and unorganized. Fail to inform patents of time delays. Set up an appointment for procedures and wind up having them waiting over 40 minutes for simple procedures

Painting going on in patient waiting area in the Emergency room. Fumes so strong can barely breathe. My son is already having trouble breathing. I check in with morgan. Not really Friendly. Just awful.
