Maribel Gonzalez and Vanessa Mendez are the proud owners of Beauty In the Shadows, a Hair Salon. Vanessa has been in the industry for the past 10 years and was trained at Daytona State. Maribel has been in the industry for the past 12 years as well and was trained at International Academy Daytona.
Their love for styling and creating beautiful hair rapidly turned into wanting to perfect their craft as professionals and expand their knowledge of this industry. For that reason, they have committed to building a team that will listen and care for you. This is what Vanessa said about their team: “We encourage our artists to embrace their individual style and let their creativity take them to being the artist they were always meant to be.”
