Wow...where do I begin. I thank God that there are many talented honest beauticians all over. I see that someone responded to the the negative comments but, if it's true then you should take it as a learning lesson to improve your character & professionalism as a business owner or place of business. From your denial, you seem to not care or give a d****. Everyone can't be lying. The truth may hurt but what you do to others or how you treat people will come back to you. This doesn't apply to everyone in that shop especially not the owner herself but I will say this from personal experience, I use to come there quite often but after the last time how I was treated was the last straw. How can you serve the public & not create a positive atmosphere, lie, or mistreat your customers. Not being dependable etc. Especially if you have faithful paying customers that are willing to stick with you even after one or to mishaps. You need to know there is always someone that carries themselves with integrity, honesty, & character that can do it better & knows what it takes to keep customers coming back. I prayed & found someone better than before. If a person is buying most of their products(mainly hair) plus paying you your advertised or discussed price, then the least you can do is not steal from them or be honest. You will reap what you sow. This is a review coming from true experience. I hope that they improve their services after reading this & stop getting offended because people are really not happy with how you handle business or customers & just change. Whether you know it or not word of mouth can speak volumes.Tighten up. I thought I was the only one but I see it's more.People the reviews tell it all & the numbers or low stars don't lie. Smh

Ghetto shop, it's like a meat house. Waited 8 hrs to get a mediocre hair style. They make you was your hair there then they barely wash it. The hair stylist had a body odor and the owner is Ratchet. I wish I looked on their Facebook page first instead of IG. You get what you pay for.. Cheap! Oh yeah they get hella mad if you don't buy their hair they down the hair you bring I heard the lady talk about EVERY clients hair smh RUNNNNNN

Don't know why I even went here. The pictures should have convinced me otherwise but the people who work here have no consideration for clients and time management. Never will I come here but I won't allow anyone I know to go either. Very tacky and extremely ghetto attitude here
