I have been this place and didn't like the service and behavior towards customer. They didn't value customers time. They are not improving there process for better customer satisfaction. To be specific anyone can come to store sign in and go out and come after 3-4 hrs and they will get always preference over people sitting in store. This is completely ridiculous. When I told to manger she checked the list and confirm me I will be next on n list when my turn came couple of folks came in and she told me to wait as they already signed in. I was waiting there for more than 1 hr and finally I decided to move out without haircut. I am never going to return back to sport clips. I know losing one customer for them is nothing. I will find better options than this I am ready to pay more. I found this place is really unprofessional and they don't know how deal with customer concerns.

Everyone deserves a second chance. My biggest issue with this place is that they don't do appts. So I stopped by on a Sunday and there was about 5 ladies working so the wait time wasn't bad this time. The person cutting your hair really makes all the difference. I had Netta and will now always call ahead to see if she's working. She took her time on the wash and massage which is the best part. It was so nice and I tipped her accordingly.
