I have been going here for eight years...i drive from front royal....my nails always look amazing.

Love my nails they did a fantastic job but I was with cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in.

Unbelievable.  I don't know how they stay in business when they treat customers so rudely.  The older woman who took my reservation yelled at me and demanded that next time I came, I bring cash.  When I suggested that 20 minutes late for a reservation was not appropriate, another nail technician began to yell at me as well and said I could just leave.  The poor girl who was doing my nails was shaking.  It made me wonder if she was free to leave herself.  I will never go back. Terrible place!

They are the absolute worst place in Winchester to get your nails done.

Not only are they horrible at doing nails, they also cannot wax properly. The nail tech completely took off my friends eyebrows when she got them waxed when seeing her eyebrows my friend demanded to speak to the manager, the manager's reply was they will grow back in two weeks. What kind of foolishness is that?

Tacky and Unprofessional is what I will use to describe this place. DO NOT GO HERE!
