Please don't listen to an old negative review.  Going to this salon is always a positive experience for me.  Paige is my hairdresser,  but all of the stylists appear to do a great job.  I can go to 2 or 3 other salons but always return here for a better job.  You are in and       out quickly at a good price.

I've been going to the hair salons located in Walmart stores for years. I went to the one in the pleasant valley Walmart for the first and last time yesterday. I got a trim, blow dry and had my bangs flat ironed, I didn't get a shampoo because I had washed my hair right before I went. To my surprise, when it was time to pay,  my total was almost $53, I was charged $15.50 for the haircut & style then charged an additional $24.95 and another $10 for the "medium length" of my hair.. I spoke with the manager, who was not very friendly, and she said that was all normal pricing.. I spoke with 2 stylists at another smart style location whi said they have never seen the services I received amount to anywhere near that price. If I wanted to spend that kind of money, I would not have chosen there to do so.
