I'm a regular customer of Lovely Nails and I can't speak highly enough of their quality and customer service.  As I read through some reviews that mention technicians on their cell phones, I really can't imagine we were at the same place.  I've never seen that occur.  Everyone has always been very customer-focused and friendly and I frequently get compliments on my nails from folks who go to other salons.

Lovely Nails was the WORST nail salon I have been to in Winchester. To start, there were barely any colors to chose from for your manicure. I had to wait on a staff member to finish her own manicure before being served. I asked for the full set of pink and white nails and the woman forgot so she gave me a full gel set that I did NOT want. To try to make up for giving me the wrong service, the woman offered me free nail art. She smudged the nail art and even acknowledged her mistake in front of me but did nothing to fix it. Then she charged me for the nail art!! She did not ask me how long I wanted my nails nor what shape I wanted. Worst $40 I have ever spent. I would not recommend any nail services from Lovely Nails.

This place use to be a lot worse so I'm happy with the upgrades they have made. Lynn is my nail tech. I WILL NOT go to anyone else.

I am a regular customer of Lovely Nails in Wards Plaza and could not begin to rave about their work as well as customer service. 

I recently had a fill last week after having a brand new full set put on at Lovely Nails prior to that. Within the past week my acrylics have been breaking down which is not something that has ever happened when going to my favorite spot. So I called the store and Lin, the wonderful owner answered the phone. When I explained the situation and that 4 nails weren't doing well, she told me to come and she would fix those at no charge. 

Upon arrival I received an entire new fill from Lin free of charge. She would not even allow me to tip her. Prior to becoming a regular a at Lovely Nails I have been to almost every nail salon in Winchester, since having lived in the North previously and been accustomed to such service. Until now I have never been treated with such kindness and professionalism. 
Lin took just as long on my free fill that she normally takes when I come for my usual. 

The team at Lovely Nails is top notch, and I would recommend them to anyone any day! I'd trust Lin with my bridal nails! ❤️❤️❤️
