I had heard extremely good things about this nail salon, so I decided to drive the 30 minutes to see what they were all about. Let me say this, as soon as you walk in you know that you're in a friendly atmosphere. Super sweet nail technicians, they're gentle and communicate with their customers which always adds to the experience. My nails turned out beautifully, and the overall visit won me over. This will be the nail salon I go to from now on!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I have been going to Elite Nails for years, but they are always difficult to get into. I needed a pedicure before Saturday & they were once again unable to accommodate so I called Natural Nails. Not only were they able to fit me in, this place is hands down ten times better than Elite. The atmosphere is fantastic, the place is huge, my pedicure looks incredible, and the techs all speak English. I will only be coming here for my nail needs!

I've been here twice. Both times they did a wonderful job on my gel manicure.

i had a horrible experience. i was not asked what shape i wanted at all, the nail lady didnt ask me anything at all, she didnt even greet me. when i told her that i wanted coffin shaped nails she was complaining to the other nail techs. she then told me that next time they'll be better.. i paid $38 for no DAMN REASON

Out of all the nail places I've been in Winchester this is by far the worst. The service was slow and unprofessional. They debated who would do my pedicure for over 15 minutes in front of me. The man started the pedicure had obviously never done one before. He filed one of my toenails till the skin below my nail was showing and was red from incorrect tool use. Very disappointing.
