Skip it and go to Sephora. 

They have a huge selection of products, and most items are almost always in stock, but the sales associates aren't incredibly helpful. They tend to stay in their zones and talk with each other. It's super hit or miss if you ask them a question - they may not know anything and may be fairly unfriendly. The security guard is a little overbearing and kind of creepy.

I made an appointment at the salon in ulta and was scheduled for a trim. My hair is thick long and curly. One of the hairdressers did a HORRIBLE job on me. She left my hair choppy and uneven layers. One side of my hair was in a straight cut and the other side was in a “v” cut. 
I had to catch a flight right after the hair cut so I left ulta with my hair blow dried but Un styled. When i finally straightened my hair I was horrified with the results. I had to go back to ulta for a re-do. Luckily the manager knew what she was doing and fixed my hair.
Unfortunately she could only fix it as much as she could without taking any length away. So basically I have to grow out my hair for it to look normal again. 
I honestly don’t recommend this ulta unless you have the manager for your hair dresser.

My eyebrows have never looked better! Janina at the salon is literally a miracle worker. I've been going to her since I moved to MD, just about two years ago. It is pricey, at $21 a wax is definitely higher than I've ever paid, but to me it is so worth it. She is very precise and spends a lot of time making sure my brows are perfect!

Im not a thief and I don't feel comfortable staying in a store trying to browse hundreds of products,  while being monitored the whole time. I havent been in Ulta in a while, and I won't be returning. Next time I'll shop online, or go somewhere else. I dont remember them having security when they first opened this location.
