You know when you go in with little expectation and you come out with  so  much more?  It's not just a facial you are getting, you are truly getting an experience.  Greta is simply a person with grace and beauty and takes the time to understand you as an individual.  The price paid for this type of attention and care is more than what you get at a larger place.  If you are looking for something quick and fast this is not it.  But if you are looking for the experience of the human touch and being heard this is the epitome of what small businesses can offer with someone like Great.  The conversation, to be heard, and to be taken care with such comfort and love for what she does.  Thank you Greta for the time you took to listen and to just simply be serving.  It was an unbelievable and relaxing experience and so much more to my soul!

I wasn’t sure what to expect but I thought their menu of services looked good and I was definitely not disappointed! The whole experience was wonderful. The people that worked there are amazing, the ambiance was incredible and my massage left me feeling so relaxed. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone needing some rest and rejuvenation.

I had the New Vitality facial treatment.  Not only did it relax mind and body, and rejuvenate my face, but it got me excited about what other possibilities await me!  The venue was divinely beautiful but not intimidating, and the staffs were very personable.  The best part was how many compliments I have subsequently received on how suddenly “pretty” I look after the NV treatment!  Definitely going back for a second…!

Had an amazing experience! The poet facial is incredible and Monet was fabulous. I loved all their products and the overall environment was magical. Can’t wait to come back!

You only have to walk into the Beauty Poet to get a taste of what is offered inside. Soothing...calm...all that is good for you loveliness. 

My facial with Rachael was above and beyond what I expected from having a facial. For starters, the massaging of my feet sent me to a place of deep relaxation right out of the shoot!!
The scent of the clean products were ethereal;  also sending me "somewhere else."  
(Alongside caring for my skin, getting to relax is one of my big reasons for going for a facial.)
Rachel deep massaged a facemask into my skin for a long period of time.... something I haven't experienced... and that is very beneficial to building new collagen and all that good stuff that we go for facials for in the first place!  Matter of fact, she massaged my face more than any other aesthetician I have had.  I enjoy and prefer the sensation of pure natural products used on my skin free of chemicals. 
.....the quality of service, expertise, product and special TLC far exceeded my expectations.
