My wife had a great experience with Amber. Amber was attentive and caring in her approach to body work and really helped work out some problem spots. Sarah highly recommends her. I had no problems making the appointment, in fact she was able to move her schedule around to accommodate us. Amber was super helpful.

I contacted Amber a week in advance to schedule an appointment via e-mail, and she responded within a few days. I emailed her back-twice- and called her, again twice to confirm the appointment. There was no answer until 8:00 pm a week later, when she texted me about an opening at 11:45 the next day. This was not only an inappropriate time to send a text message, since I work from 5 am to 6 pm every day, but an unrealistic appointment time for most professional individuals. Instead of apologizing for the miscommunication and late response, or at least offering a more reasonable time, she blamed me for not receiving my emails.

Inaccessible, poor communication and disregards hard-working schedules.
