First of all, I would like to condemn you for the good service provided by your cosmetologist, Roxanna de La Torre. I am a regular client of Roxanna for over a year and she takes care of me in an extraordinary way both personally and professionally. She performs the  services for my highlights, the cut, and keeps my hair healthy in a way that everyone asks me which beauty salon I attend so I thank you and condemn you and your team.

However, in the afternoon of March 6, 2018 I wanted to highlight a situation that really bothered me regarding the person in charge and that is why I decided to send this email. I was listening to Roxanna quietly talk about generalities within the work place and in that the manager barged into our conversation and made a few comments to Roxana— a conversation that I feel should not have been hosted in front of any client long-term or even new clients. After the conversation was said and done I had an uncomfortable visit today and I feel the manager needs to be properly trained on how to speak to the employees and how that could affect a client’s visit.

Again, I’m grateful for the good service provided to clients especially with Roxana and I suggest that the topics that the Manager has to discuss should never be incorporated into the clientele.

Off the bat her vibe I wasn't feeling. She continuously referred to my head as "Nappy" and it was not. I have a short cut and she did not have curlers to even curl the length of my hair. She half ass washed my hair. Proceeded to cut my hair, not asking me how I wanted it. She asked if I wanted a part on the side and I said yes but when it came to styling my hair decided that she wasn't going to do that. She put wrapping mousse in my hair and instead of using wrapping tissue to hold my hair down, she just threw me under the dryer.

I really dislike when a stylist over-talks me, instead of listening to what I want. She was sweeping the hair off of the floor and continuously hit me in the ankle with  the broom. She put too much spritz in my hair. I went a month prior and showed a picture of what I wanted and was quoted $45 and went back, showed the same picture and was quoted $70. I did not like how she had my hair looking at all. I did not like the vibe of the salon and I WILL NOT EVER RETURN. I should've gone where people are nice and respectful, have good vibes and know how to do my type of hair. Being knew to Florida, this damn sure was a desperate moment.
