Take note of damaged merchandise before you buy. I noticed many missing buttons and stained fabric on the shelves while shopping. I think the quality of this store is diminishing. Be prepared for a confrontation if you uncover damaged merchandise! My Confrontation: This used to be my favorite store, but a recent interaction with Store Manager Mindy has left me an unhappy customer. I returned a dress after noticing many snags and runs in the satin material. The manager accused me of causing the snags myself, and REFUSED to look at a dress for sale in the store with the same snags and runs. She still accused me of damaging the dress, even with the evidence in front of her face. She called me a liar in front of the whole store, with everyone staring. It was a humiliating and berating experience. I have been a loyal customer of Bebe for many years, but no more. Beware of Mindy.

The store was awful. I bought a dress just to take it home to realize the woman before me in the fitting room must have got bronzer on it. I was disgusted after paying over a hundred dollars for a dress. I went to exchange it and the manager was extremely rude, the location sells dirty clothing and the sales staff is extremely unhelpful and the manager should be fired.
