There are usually great sales at this JCP location. I found the customer service here to be very hit-or-miss. Sometimes I have a five-star experience, sometimes it's closer to 1, but I'll be a little generous and round up to four overall. It is sometimes hard to find a cashier, you may have to walk around a bit to find a register that is open depending on the time of day that you go to the store.

Horrible!!! No wonder they are going out of business everywhere. I was promised 3 weeks for furniture delivery and now after 4 week and calling to track my order for the third time they say up to 6 weeks. On top of the inconvenience they will not even refund the delivery charge after false promises or give me a refund if I cancel the order even though I have not received my items. Do not believe your sales associate and Tasha from telephone support was not helpful or supportive at all. Had no answers and wouldn't even transfer me to someone who could help. Who is actually running this joke.... Editied after another week: 1/2 was delivered half of the order was lost, when finally found and delivered the delivery guys dropped 3 boxes and said assembly was not included, even tho it was. JCPenny refuses to refund my delivery charge even tho in no way did they uphold their end of the contract......DO NOT BUY HERE! Unless you dont actually want your product and are prepared for hours and hours of waiting on hold and being lied to!

The customer service is extremely friendly and helpful. Even with my items being on sale and clearanced the sale associate offered me a coupon. I got a crazy great deal, basically almost 70% off. I also had an excellent experience with both the staff and the quality of the jewelry there. This JCP is wonderful and organized.

I had a 10:30 appointment...didn't get waited on until 11:15 really got impatient.

JcPenny service and selection has really deteriorated a lot over the years!! I remember when the store management and associates actually took pride in how their store looked. Now everything is disheveled and you can barely find store associates to assist you with finding what you need. They're always out of stock in certain sizes, and sometimes it can take several weeks or even a couple months before they reorder??!! Shame on you, JcPenny for trying to get too corporate instead of actually focusing on the customer and they're shopping experience. That's probably why your company has had slumping sales in the past few years. So now is the time for you to change and do away with the whole warehouse mentality. It doesn't work and drives your customers away to shop somewhere else. All together, I would give Penny's like a D+ rating just barely above passing.
