Ordered items on black friday was told was gonna be shipped on December 5th called for labrls to track were shipped snd delivered on Friday Dec 1st. Guess what no bueno . Their customer service policies are NUTS!! experienced the same problem with this guy: I would never order with macy EVER!!!! I placed an order online last week and about 2 hours later, the order was cancelled without an explanation. I called the number as instructed in the email, waited a long time on hold and spoke with a customer service rep who could barely speak english. They said they couldnt help me. I then checked with my credit card and there was no problem there. So, I called Macy's, waited forever, spoke with another rep who could barely speak English and they told me they didnt know why my order was cancelled. They said someone would contact me within 2-3 days. I have heard nothing!! Great customer Service!!

I found the perfect jewlery to compliment the outfit I am wearing to my daughter's wedding! The saleswoman, Anna, was very helpful, patient & kind as I had also done a return of 3 items! I also found a beautiful handbag for 60% & the saleswoman was very kind & great at explaining details of the coupon I had that did not apply to my purchase! I was disappointed to find out I had to go to the shoe department to return shoes I had purchased online & the jewlery department to return jewlery although I made a purchase there!

Because waiting 45 minutes to get a watch fitted while other (more important) customers buying Gucci watches get attention is perfectly reasonable. I'd rather get my money back and go elsewhere. Manager was helpful though so go right to her if you have trouble.
