Daryl was our salesman and was very knowledgeable and professional about the products.  They also have one of the best technology to help determine the type of bed that works best for you.  Provided free shipping and received everything within a week.  The delivery service was great and management was excellent to work with as well.   I will  go back to purchase additional furniture.

My experience at this Becker Furniture World was splendid. The staff is very nice and definitely know what they are talking about. My boyfriend and I worked with Tyler and Daryl who helped a lot in deciding which mattress and couch to buy. They are more than happy to give you helpful tips and information on sales. The store also has a wide range of prices and have many different furniture styles on the floor.

So far not too impressed. I ordered a sectional couch with my wife and the help of two salesmen. At any rate, we went in with specific dimensions, worked with them to find something that fit, which we did. Anyways, the couch is delivered and one of the sections was too long (140" long and our max was 130"x135" L shape). We had been relying on what the salesmen had figured out for lengths that would fit, as they have the experience, the dimensions of each piece and we trusted that they were correct. Anyways, since we got the couch, the one section that was too long has had a small hole develop near a seam already and another section was delivered with a thread pull. I am hoping that they are able to remedy this quickly and get us the correct sections that fit our space and replace the piece with the thread pull. I'd expect more longevity from a $5000 couch. 

I guess my mistake was relying on the salesmen to figure out what would fit. I figured the purpose of going to a salesman vs ordering online would be to be able to rely on them to help select a product that fits my application based on the dimensions I gave them and facilitate the process to make it easier for the customer to get the best product for their space. I'm hoping they make this right

Will update as soon as this gets figured out. So far they have been decent to deal with to get it fixed.

We went into Becker Furniture to find bedroom furniture. Bridgette Blount greeted us almost immediately. While we were wandering around the store, she continued to check in with us...but gave us the space to talk and figure things out alone. She allowed us rearrange some living room furniture so we could configure different ideas. She told us about a 20% discount that was expiring on 4/22. We ended up purchasing an entire living room full of furniture! We will definitely go back to Bridgette when we need more furniture.

Went in looking for a mattress and was greeted by Juan. He showed us the Bed Match system which is a sleep diagnostic system. Based on the results he showed us the bed that best fit my husband and I. We are the type of shoppers who find something and then take some time to think about it before purchasing.  When we told Juan that he understood and wasn't pushy. We ended up going back and purchasing the bed from Juan. From making the purchase to having the mattress delivered and set-up (for free) was such a smooth process.
