While shopping we were greeted immediately. We weren't pressured to buy. We were given space to look around on our own. When we found what we liked, our saleswoman was knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was professional and called ahead. My husband was happy to hear they were ahead of schedule when they called! No long wait. We are enjoying our new furniture!

I just had the BEST experience at HOM Furniture in Coon Rapids.  I've hunted forever for bar stools and appreciated their awesome selection.  I ended up finding gorgeous LEATHER ones in the clearance section of the store!  Jackpot!  The woman who helped me was Jenni.  She went out of her way to listen to what I needed.  She was very helpful and I will always look for her when I go.  She was very honest about the flaws that were apparent in some of the clearance stuff.  I appreciated that she didn't want to just make a sale, she wanted to make a customer.  GREAT SERVICE!  Thank you!

Great Service from Doree in the Seasonal Concept area.  She helped us find and special order a 60" round patio table and chairs.  She was very patient and looked up measurements and prices for several different style chairs.  A pleasure to work with, Thank you!!!!

The sales person was helpful but had a bit of difficulty locating a piece in inventory I was interested in. In the end it wasn't available but another color was on the floor. I have been rather satisfied with prior purchases I've made, 6 years ago. All those pieces have been holding up great over the years.

Sales Staff friendly and knowledgeable about product I was looking for. I always visit HOM when shopping for new things. Often it becomes my One and Only stop. Thanks Josh for making this a great shopping experience.
