This is by far the best furniture store we have ever visited. When we walked in the door we were greeted by a young woman by the name of Nicole L. She was not pushy and gave us time to look around and told us she would be back to check on us later. She checked on us once just to make sure that we were okay and continued to let us browse. This is the type of customer service that we look for when making a large purchase. Being pushy and hounding people in order to get your sale is not the way to go. Nicole was none of those things. She was very friendly, engaged with us and even when we decided to purchase a $3K couch she gave us more information on it then we were expecting. Nicole was by far the best and most professional sales representative we have ever dealt with. Thank you so much Nicole for being genuine the entire time from start to finish. We will only be back if you are there when we return.

My husband and I were helped by Genni, she was great! Patient, not overly aggressive at all. She really let us take our time with looking around at furniture, but she was ready to help us with any questions, doing it all with a smile. 

We went in on Black Friday, so extra kudos to Genni for staying so smiley! Strongly recommend working with her, if she's available. Thanks for your help, Genni!

A very nice store with nice staff. Nicole was amazing
She was patient with us and wasn't pushy while we shopped. They closed and we were still doing paperwork and she didn't rush she just acted as if she was talking to a couple of friends. Best customer service ever from a furniture store that I have experienced.

Seriously the best service I have ever had. Aimee Wagnert was so helpful! She found me everything I needed and went out of her way to get me the best deals. I don't think she was even supposed to do that. Seriously, if you go to the Fridley Furniture Mart, ask for Aimee. You're welcome.
