Great customer service there can be a wait for to talk to banker but  usually less than 5 min wait

It's a hit and miss with the waiting period and with the line  but the staff and service are really great given that i go to replace yet another debit card (not that anyone is counting)

BECU has lost its charm! I had a kiosk suck in my debit card and I went to this location for a replacement. Forty minutes of waiting later I finally got a person to help me.  On my last trip there I used the sign in machine but it did not register apparently.  The BECU employee extremely softly asked who is next and took the only person who could hear her despite him being the last person to arrive.  It takes forever to get help. Mostly though once you are with a representative it is a good experience.

BECU keeps their mojo no matter what others here say. The staff at this branch is great; they work as a team and get fast and great responses. I love BECU

Really nice service sometimes you have to wait but its like every single place, but they are really nice all the time. :)
