Go to this branch!!!!! They will take care of you, Trina is absolutely amazing and made me feel well taken care of. The Kent branch had messed up my account so bad, she sat down and spent a good amount of time making it right and that's how a customer should be treated.

I recently had some banking issues and had no luck in the Tukwila branch, as they were about as rude as can be.  When i then went to my home branch, i was finally treated like a human being,  and the personal banker, Beau, went above and beyond in making this terrible experience,  more manageable and helping to prevent it from happening again.
