The girl at the register had the customer service skills of a slug! We had a 20% coupon from the internet. She wouldn't take it though there were coupons in the trash beside her. No wonder I rarely shop here.

I will drive miles out of my way to avoid this particular store. 
I went into this store for 3 reasons. First, I purchased a Timex clock radio that died on me after only 2 months. I desperately tried to locate my receipt, but could not. I did remember that I purchased 2. Rather than looking the item up using my cc number, the sales person immediately told me they don’t sell that clock. I told th to check their website because that is where I purchased both. She finally scanned my cc and it was on their shelf. 
Second, I purchased  690 Roomba for a Christmas present back on 11/21. I noticed on the 12/3 ad that is was $50 less. When I requested a price adjustment, she balked. even though it had only been 2 weeks. Please understand, I checked the website thoroughly for time limits to do adjustments. It stated there is NO written time period. One person gave an example of returning for a price adjustment 6 months later. She finally did the adjustment. 
Third, and with this one she called the manager Stacy. I purchase a Dyson V8 cordless vac back on 8/9 for $599.99. This same as had it for $449, $150 off. When I asked him for a price adjustment, he said no. When I asked him about a written policy, he said there wasn’t one, but still would not do an adjustment. I then asked him if I returned the one I had and purchased it again, would I receive an adjustment. He said, “well, if that’s what you want to do.” I told him that not what I wanted to do, but was not given any other option. 
I left there, came home and contacted Customer Service. They apologized profusely. They suggested going to another store because I should have received one at this one. I went to the Plano location, and they did the price adjustment with no problem. 
Those 2 price adjustments totaled $200. I didn’t understand what the problem was with accommodating me.

This is a pretty good BB&B. Plenty of inventory, well kept and managed. I was on my blue tooth and I think the bazillion sales staff thought I was schizophrenic because literally 11 people asked if they could help me. Lol. They were very aware of any waits at the cashier and quickly opened extra lanes if needed. Cashier gave me time to google for coupons.

I Love this place and ALWAYS find more than I'm looking for.  It's not hard to find an employee to assist you if you need help with anything.  They will usually ask if they walk past if you need help.
