Not my style for clothing, because I could go somewhere else to get something similar at a cheaper price. They did have some decent deals. Buy 1 Get 1 Half off was the most noticeable. I racked up on their graphic tees, buy two for $22. My main concern was that it was very difficult to find the pricing on some of the non-clothing items. They have digital price displays that usually note only a few of the items in that particular area, so I passed most of it up. If I don't know the price, then I don't care about picking it up. All on all, it's a decent place to shop for clothing and what not.

I had excellent service from the lingerie department. I found what I wanted and she helped me further. Very happy with my Kohl’s experience!

Typical department store. I hate the pretend sale signs that mark up the product just so that they can say 50% off. Please give straight forward pricing and don't insult my intelligence by telling me that I caught a great sale, you're not fooling anyone.

This place is ridiculous. Bought a item for my daughter and happen to be the wrong size, carried back the next morning and they said I cloud not exchange size because the item wasn't on sale that following day. I was told I would have pay the new inflated price if I wanted to exchange size. I told them to just refund me. They only refunded me partially and gave $2 in Kohls cash instead of credit for the whole item. This was crazy because I had spent $100.00 already in that receipt. I will never do business with this shady department store again.

Very pleased. They have great sales and I usually have a coupon that takes more off.
