Good quality home products, but a bit pricey. Very organized and a one stop shop for a better looking home. For a Sunday, they did not have enough registers open for checkout.

I got what I needed.  Not much help around (busy) working to ask for direction.  An employee did say hello to me.  It was after that encounter I kinda had a hard time locating the item I needed.  
I see they seem to be changing almost the whole store around.  Guess they are getting ready for Christmas.   I like the store very much, but sometimes have difficulty locating an item.

This store treated me very well and the manager did a fabulous job fixing a massive problem created by another Bed Bath & Beyond. He, and everyone else, treated me very kindly especially when I had been very stressed. I could not have had better service. I am very happy with my duvet. Thank you!

Some prices better than Amazon. Huge selection. Right walking space but navigable. Went here with my wife for a 15 minute visit and ended up spending about an hour and a half roaming the aisles.

This is used to be our go to store, but won't frequent that much anymore. We noticed some changes in a customer service area. I am talking about the checkout experience. My mom, my husband and I have been called sweetie and hon on numerous occasions. I finally talked to one of the managers about it and was assured by him that it won't happen "next time" Well, it did happen this morning at the checkout. Got degradingly  addressed as hon by Bernice, the cashier. Not a good atmosphere.
