OK. The store seems to be run by women who are cold, distant, and unfriendly. Not a good place to shop if you want to feel welcome and valued. Three stars overall. One star for the quality of the staff.

This is a smaller Bed Bath and Beyond (which I know seems crazy to say). I say that because they don't have everything the one in Ventura does. Or if they do have the stuff that Ventura has, they have fewer options to buy from. (Like Ventura may have 10 of the same product while this one has five... its not a problem unless you're buying in bulk.) But the lines are the same as the bigger ones, or slightly shorter. Still, parking is super easy right out front and service is nothing special, but nothing awful either. Honestly, I've looked for things here that I knew Ventura had, then had to go to the Ventura one anyway because this one didn't have the color I wanted or the one they had was damaged in the store. Luckily, both stores are only about 5 miles away.
