If you needed another reason to shop here, you can now drop-off your Amazon returns, no wrapping/packing needed, and they even give you a discount on other purchases to make it really worth your while!

When Amazon offered to "let" me drop-off my return (it wasn't as advertised) item at Kohl's, I thought, "Gee, drive all the way over there?" but since my wife already had a trip planned, I figured, "sure, two-birds/one-stone".

Turned out to be a great choice.  Just walk to the counter (front-right of the store as you're walking in from the parking lot) and hand over the item(s).  They'll scan the code you got on your phone and hand you a receipt AND a nice 25% discount (at least that's what I got).  So, no wrapping, no trip to the post office, PLUS a discount on stuff we would have bought anyway.  Nice!

Beer clean and well organized store.  I found the staff very friendly and helpful.  Also quite a lot of great deals!

I wanted to buy long sleeve blouses for my kids and once the size is over 7, the choices are characters or a graphic design.  I couldn't find a blouse with  no designs . The jeans mostly for girl do not have pockets unless you buy Levi's. I did get to purchase every thing i needed for Christmas though . That was a huge problem that I avoided. Men's,  junior's,  women's and electronics and all with percent discount and coupons on top of it .

Staff not very helpful. Your kinda on your own to look for stuff. I rarely visit here.

Absolutely love Kohl's. However, the prices could be high on certain items. I always go in with coupons and my Kohl's cash :).
