For the things you need between the grocery store and big box membership store.  Store is clean and neat, lovely produce with good prices when not on sale elsewhere.  Meat very reasonable but sold in large chunks or by the bag, smaller packaging compares with grocery.

 To live in a city like Ventura, with a large population and to find that regularly there are only two registers with long lines speaks to the greed of companies that won't hire in order to make more money. It's always like they are one person understaffed.

Nasty service the lady manager and this one other cashier lady treat you  like you are asking them for some thing free I can't wait for the grocery store outlet to open so I won't be back to smart and final no more
