I’ve been going to Bed Bath and Beyond for years. They have a great selection of household goods and I love that they added the personal care section a while ago. The staff is hit or miss. I was in there this past week and a woman cut me in line. I politely told her where the line started and that I was next; she had a fit. The cashier was right there and decided to ignore the situation. 

When I was checking out at a different line, the cashier came over and gave me a 20% coupon (which I already had) and apologized for how I was treated. I told him he should have said something earlier. Part of the job of a cashier is to make sure the customer line runs smoothly, not coward away when there’s a bit of confusion.

Everything seems expensive here, but the quality and selection are excellent. I suppose you get what you pay for, and this store is a great example of that.

I love to go browse  around. SOMETIMES I AM FOLLOWED AND LIKE TODAY THEY LEFT ME ALONG. I MADE MY PURCHASE AND LEFT

I shop at the one in El Cerrito I walked in to this one and Pleasant Hill and it was very disorganized but nevertheless great products great price.

The store is well stocked and laid out.  But not enough cashiers for a Saturday
 afternoon. There were long lines.
