I don't normally write reviews BUT I felt that this gentleman deserved one :) I had gone days before Christmas to find a pair of pajamas. I purchased two pairs and took them home to try them on. One of the pairs was just too snug so I knew after Christmas I would need to return them. I dread making returns because it can sometimes be quite the hassle. I waited in line at customer service to make my return and I was greeted by Orlando. He told me if I wanted to, I could go and see what was left of the discounted pajamas on that floor and the lower level. He was VERY specific in telling me right where they were so I wouldn't miss them. I truly appreciated that he wasn't pushy about it. I felt ZERO pressure to go home with a replacement set of pajamas. He was pleasant and seemed to have a way with customers especially one customer in line who was wasn't very happy. So I went and looked on both floors to see what I could find. I ended up finding a replacement pair of pajamas to take home with me. Orlando was still there when I got back upstairs to customer service. Even though he was just covering for a little while he made the transaction very smooth and easy.

I'm on my 4th phone call, finally reached the ladies dept. The other 3 times, someone picks up, but can't hear me. Store operators hear me just fine. I tried 2 different phone lines. And I was put on HOLD to see if they carry the item I was interested in. AND THE LINE WAS DISCONNECTED AGAIN!!! If you have enough time to waste actually going to the store, good luck to you.

Disappointed.  Went because I had a $30 Kohl's Bucks to spend before tomorrow.  What I went for they didn't have my size.  So I opted for the Insta-pot that was on a display for $99.  I figured with the 25%off and $30 bucks it would be a good deal.  However, at the register it rang up at $109.  I had to tell the cashier that the sign said $99.  She first tried to say the pot was not included, but then made an adjustment for me.  But I wonder how many other customers were already over charged.

This is a big kohls.  It has everything you could want in a kohls.  And it's in a great shopping center in case you want eats or something.

Customer service is upstairs and escalators are terrible to find. Not a user friendly store
