I went in and very clean nicely set up. Ive had trouble with rude employees in the past. So I've tried to stay away but a client needed some stuff from there. So i had to go in. I was amazingly surprised of the willingness of help i received from a wonderful young lady named destiny... She took the time to help me explained different pros and cons of some products and helped me get everything i needed. I would like to say she was wonderful surprise and single handedly changed my whole perspective of this store I work alot so I'm not always the cleanest dressed so i get judged from a lot of places. Kind of ridiculous I'm a landscaper so i get dirty at times... I rated the store 5 stars due to the younger employees there... I Hope to see more employees like her smiling and being helpful. Thank you guys

I’ve always loved shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond everyone is so helpful and friendly and you can get a lot of nice things here

The employees are nice and always helpful. The store is always clean. Typical bed bath and beyond with high prices.

Absolutely terrible. I had gone in there to grab a few things while my fiancé in Homedepot (I honestly should have just stayed at Homedepot) While browsing around a sales associate stood behind me as I smelled the woodwick candles, i could feel her presence and sense she was there. After a few seconds the women says "excuse me....." I was so thrown off by her demeanor I said "Someone was just telling me about these" she could careless about what I was saying or was going to say because she says "did I scare you?" Doesn't wait for a reply just walks away to the display next to me and hovers. I was dressed in work clothes and it so happens I own a cleaning company, which isn't the most glamorous but I'm proud of it. This store needs to teach a course on profiling. When my fiancé finally met me in a aisle I was so uncomfortable and upset I was seconds from either screaming or crying. FYI Pristine Cleaning of Cape Cod will no longer be buying from this retailer until I get a apologie.

New store, so much stuff. They have added so many product lines. Plan on spending at least 45min just to look around on the first trip.
